Full time Hospice RN Case Manager Hospital (GIP based).
Flexible hours either3- 13 hour shifts for Sunday, Monday Tuesday or Thursday, Friday & Saturday or 4-ten hour daysHeartland, ManorCare and Arden Courts are now part of the ProMedica family of services.

4660 - ProMedica Hospice - Fairfax Location4660 - ProMedica Hospice - FairfaxEducational RequirementsCurrently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state and in good standing with the Board in which he/she will practice.
Position RequirementsA minimum of 6 months nursing experience within the past 3 years unless state regulations differ.
Travel is necessary on a daily basis.
